Who is Pool of Bethesda Community Services?

Pool of Bethesda Community Services, Inc. (PBCS) is a Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) based provider agency that operates community-based programs in Maryland. PBCS offers housing, medical/nursing and behavioral support, recreational activities, training, and other services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Group homes and Day programs.

Since 2011, PBCS has been a leading provider of DDA community based residential and day program services for adults with developmental disabilities and severe medical fragility. In 2024, PBCS extended its services to serve children of all ages (0-21) with developmental disabilities and medical fragility.
